For our restaurant Regia Corte, located inside the Sant'Angelo Hotel in Matera, we are looking for a* Chef de Rang to join the dining team.

We are looking for an experienced figure who can independently manage their section and ensure attentive, elegant service in keeping with our hospitality standards. The role requires precision, a sense of responsibility and a naturally guest-oriented approach.

We require previous experience in the role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting of the same level. Good knowledge of service techniques and English language is important, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
